I see a woman looking off into a sunset; admiring the beauty of nature, the colors around her. I see her as peaceful, serene. What do you see?
We all see through lenses and I ask you; what lens have you chosen as your primary one? Do you look out at the sunrise and see beauty? Or is it something else you perceive? When you look at a child, do you see their curiosity as a wonder, or do you see it as an irritation? Do you see the world with a fearful lens or one with compassion for others?
Love is everywhere. It is in the sunrise and sunsets, the mischievousness of a 2-year old’s smile, the look in a pet’s eye, big courageous acts of strangers such as people saving other’s lives, to the small acts, like carrying groceries for an elderly stranger. Are you seeing these moments or are they passing you by; because your lenses are cloudy?
