Task 1: Social Media

Objective: You will be provided with content to run through an AI tool to generate a caption. Your task is to create a social media graphic and reel that aligns with my branding. Carousels can be created at your discretion.


  • Ensure that all graphics and reels align with our branding. Make sure to look at my Instagram account for consistency.
  • The content should be engaging and appropriate for the target platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).

    • Ensure each slide in the carousel is cohesive and visually aligned.
  6. Review and Finalize:
    • Review the caption, graphic(s), and reel to ensure they meet quality standards and align with my brand.
    • Make any necessary adjustments for consistency and accuracy.
  7. Submit for Review:
    • Compile the following items:

    • Upload the compiled items to the designated Google Drive folder.

Task 2: Newsletter

Objective: You will draft newsletter content for my writing resource, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and aligned with my brand.


  1. Receive Topic and Guidelines:
    • You will be provided with the topic for the newsletter and any specific guidelines to follow.
    • Topic: The Power of Mind Mapping for Creative Writing
  2. Research and Outline:
    • Conduct research on the topic to gather relevant information and insights.
    • Utilize AI to help you outline and draft the newsletter, including key sections and points you plan to cover.
  3. Using AI, Draft the Newsletter Content:
    • Write an introduction that grabs the reader’s attention.
    • Develop the main body content, ensuring it is well-structured and informative.
    • Include practical tips, examples, and any necessary visuals to enhance the content.
    • Conclude with a strong closing that encourages engagement or action (e.g., a call-to-action, questions for the readers, download freebie, etc.).
    • Craft a hooking subject line.
  4. Draft a Freebie (OPTIONAL):
    • Use AI to create an outline of the freebie.
    • Create a draft freebie in Canva that complements the newsletter topic. This could be a checklist, guide, template, or any other useful resource.
    • Ensure the freebie is designed to provide additional value to the readers and is aligned with my brand (use brand fonts & colors from task 1).
  5. Review and Refine:
    • Review the drafted content for clarity, coherence, and alignment with my branding guidelines.
    • Make necessary revisions to improve readability and impact.
    • Ensure there are no grammatical or typographical errors.
  6. Format the Newsletter and OPTIONAL Freebie:
    • Format the content to be visually appealing and easy to read.
    • Use headings, subheadings, bullet points, and other formatting tools as needed.
    • Design the freebie to be visually appealing and easy to use.
  7. Submit for Review:
    • Compile the final draft of the newsletter content and the draft freebie.
    • Upload the documents to the designated Google Drive folder.
