I am seeking a dedicated and Creative Virtual Assistant to join my team. If you are a fast learner with excellent communication skills and a knack for creativity, I want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Create 4 newsletter campaign drafts and freebies per month.
- One for Writing Resources (WR – 1st Sunday)
- One for Book Updates (BU – 2nd Sunday)
- One for Mindfully Marvelous (MM – 3rd Sunday)
- Schedule the newsletters
- When needed, review, edit, design, and schedule Wanderings newsletter (4th Sunday)
- Design social media graphics, including still photos and reels/stories, in accordance with my branding guidelines.
- Schedule social media graphics across all platforms.
- Design handbooks, PowerPoint presentations, and other visual media to align with the brand.
- Collaborate and strategize on projects, such as program launches.
- Additional tasks as needed and mutually agreed upon.
Qualifications:
- Fast learner
- Creative thinker
- Self-motivated
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MailerLite, Canva, and Later preferred, but willing to train.
Details:
- Rate: $3/hour
- Part-time role, with the potential to transition to full-time as our relationship progresses.
- 12-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
