Are you a creative powerhouse who loves storytelling, social media, and keeping things organized? I’m looking for a part-time Social Media & Admin Assistant to support my work as an independent author, writing coach, and co-creator of Bookcicle—a platform designed to support writers at every stage of their creative journey.
You’ll help promote my books and coaching offers, collect real love stories 💌, support the growth of Bookcicle 📚, and keep the creative side of my business running smoothly. This is a fully remote, highly collaborative role. Strong communication and integrity are non-negotiable.
Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity 🎨, enjoys engaging with an audience 💬, and can manage multiple content streams with ease. You should be excited to wear multiple hats—from content creation to research to admin support—and bring a proactive, team-oriented attitude to every task.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to try new things—whether it’s using trending audio, experimenting with post styles, or testing new hashtags—as long as it aligns with our brand tone and vision. You should also feel confident enough to propose these ideas and bring them to the table.
Because you’ll be juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities, strong time management and multitasking skills are essential. Admin tasks are still being defined, so flexibility is key. The creative side of the role is already active and ongoing.
