With fortitude, you can eventually find joy,

From joy’s brief bloom, happiness will blossom;
As joy’s residue, happiness can be endless.
When happiness overtakes you, as it will,
Understand that this is like a virulent infection,
Which you can pass indiscriminately to all.
In the first few days, as your euphoria expands,
Express your madness! Enthrall all you can!
Share as much of your happiness as possible.
If someone becomes ill with your infection,
This contagion can continue, inextinguishable.
And you can be reinfected by this affliction.
