Embarking on a Journey of Clarity, Consistency, and Connection

Have you ever felt like you’re trying to navigate life through the maze of your mind?
You’re definitely not alone in this.
Our minds can be intricate networks of thoughts, beliefs, and barriers, as well as a well of unlimited possibilities. It’s just getting figuring ways around the barriers.
Here’s an exciting thought: what if three straightforward concepts could illuminate your path through this maze?
Let me introduce you to the transformative trio: Clarity, Consistency, and Connection, although, to be honest there are so many more C’s, such as Change, Compassion, Confronting, Courage . . .
Clarity: Your Guide
Clarity is about shining a light on the shadows of our thoughts. It’s about digging deep to find the root of what’s holding us back or causing us discomfort, or suffering. This isn’t about quick solutions; it’s about a deeper comprehension of our thought patterns.
Gaining clarity into not just our thoughts, but our beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, the societal lies we’ve absorbed as truths, and even our ancestral patterns that we inherited.
Clarity is the first step in understanding and cultivating and awareness to the dead-ends in our maze and changing direction. Clarity allows us to confront what isn’t working for us and leads us to a decision. Do we Commit to Change? Do we have the Courage to Change and Confront?

Then, with this newfound awareness, we create strategies to Create new neural pathways, new thought patterns, new ways of experiencing the world.
Consistency: Your Stepping Stones to Success
Now comes Consistency, which is the key to change. Transformation is birthed in these small, daily efforts, not in the occasional application or grand slam.
It is applying action, whether in stop blocking our thoughts, in reading our goals and affirmations, checking our bank accounts daily, etc, that will propel you forward.
Connection: Harmonizing with Yourself
Finally, let’s talk about Connection.
This is about how aligned you feel with your inner world. It’s a barometer for your internal state—are you feeling at peace or a bit off-kilter? Does something new need to be addressed?
It is important to remember that, even when feeling at peace, you still need to consistently show up and perform the work. Think of it this way: you’ve spent most of your life on the highway of your thoughts, beliefs, etc. When you begin to change those, you’ve not only gotten off the highway but you’re now in the foothills of your mind following an animal track. Your default setting is to return to the highway, thus, you need to be mindful of what roads and directions your thoughts are on.
